Pumps&Valves Innovations Awards set Valves as a separate entry. The Ringier Innovation Award-Pumps&Valves Industry 2014 emphasizes Valves as a separate entry, according to the Ringier Innovation Award group. According to the group, this change aims to emphasize the significance of vales, to commend this year’s contributing products and technologies, and to encourage more valves companies get involved in technology innovation. Therefore, now the five entries of the award are Centrifugal Pumps，Positive Displacement Pumps, Jet pumps & Other Pump Types, Valves and Seals&Ancillary Products & Other Products respectively. The Ringier Technology Innovation Awards for industrial manufacturing were inaugurated by Ringier Trade Media in 2006. The Awards is now rewarded to a select group of innovators each year in China's pumps & valves industry.
