With rising incomes and more leisure time, the Hotel, Restaurant and Catering (HORECA) industry has sustained double-digit growth. As an indicator of the prosperity of China's economy, HORECA sales revenue is expected to reach RMB 3.7 trillion by 2015. The fast growing numbers of hotels, cafés, restaurantsand bakeries are the best testament to this phenomenal development in China's HORECA industry.
The event will be held in a beautiful downtown upscale clubhouse with many leading catering managers.There will be a Mini-Conference to share the management expertise.
