He is engaged in toxicology and efficacy assessment approaches development, standardization and outspread application on cosmetics since 2006. He created in vitro laboratory and center for alternatives research & evaluation (CCARE). He has hold four times of workshop and training course of in vitro alternatives recent 3 years. More than 20 projects of National and the Provincial were host or participate and have won 8 times scientific and technological award. He has issued 20 national and industry standards, as chief-in-editor published " Alternative Laboratory Animal Alternative Methods Principle and Applications " and other 6 academic books, issued over 100 papers and received 5 invention patents.
