Southeast Asia is not only the fastest growing market for food and beverage; the region is home to diverse demographics and lifestyles that demand all kinds of F&B products. But the demand for healthier food and fortified products in particular has been on the rise, with probiotics, plant-based proteins, and nutraceuticals becoming more recognised among consumers.

The food culture is slowly changing in Southeast Asia, and manufacturers have to be aware that consumers will increasingly choose products that are not only tasty, but produced using healthier ingredients and/or provide some nutrition.

Within this frame of reference, Ringier Events will host the ASEAN Food and Beverage Ingredients Summit: Formulating with Innovative Ingredients and Solutions, a virtual conference that will bring together ingredient companies and F&B manufacturers, on July 8, 2021 (1-4PM SGT).

Leading taste and nutrition company, Kerry will participate in this online conference with a presentation highlighting the opportunities in the functional beverage category in Southeast Asia.
