NeoRad™ R-514 is a fast UV line water based polyurethane dispersion designed for use in radiation curing coatings. With this binder it is possible to develop coatings that comply with the fat1 resistance requirements for clear wood applications with excellent body, no whitening in the pores and gloss levels of 10-90% at 60° are achievable. As primer it’s giving warm wood wetting/anfeuerung.

Markets: Interior industrial wood coatings for furniture and where anfeuerung and filling are needed along with high gloss levels.

Substrates: Solid woods, fiber board and veneers. 

Application: Radiation curing coatings, applied with air mix, airless and curtain coating application.
