SYSTASE® SOD is produced by a heat-resistant, acid-alkali-resistant ultra-stable yeast isolated from the extreme environment of submarine volcanic zone at a depth of 3,000 meters by the core R&D team of SIYOMICRO. It shows high stability even at 100 °C, a long half-life of decay at 95°C, and high activity at pH 3-11. Due to ultra-stability, SYSTASE® SOD overcomes activity loss in freeze-drying and enzyme coating, enabling excellent water-soluble enzyme products without coating.
