Javachem®FRSI, the silicone-based flame retardant synergistic agent, is a siloxane polymer that contains a large amount of Q-type silicon. It can promote the generation of char-forming barrier layer, effectively block oxygen, combustible micromolecule gases and heat, thus flame retardancy can be achieved.

The combination of Javachem®FRSI, base resins and basic flame retardants can reduce the amount of basic flame retardants. It characterizes by good thermal stability, low volatility, good compatibility, no irritation, no odor when application and no chemical reaction with other chemicals, pigments or surface coatings.

It can improve flame retardancy of nylon, polyester and polyolefin systems and the processing performance of materials can also be improved.
