Si-TPV is a patented dynamic vulcanized thermoplastic silicone-based elastomer, which has conbined the good performances of low hardness of silicone rubber, high and low temperature resistance, chemical resistance, high resilience and TPU outstanding mechanical strength, good biocompatibility, etc. It can be co-extruded with many thermoplastic engineering plastics like PC, ABS, PVC and double-color injection molding. It is widely used in many fields such as smart watch band, wrist band, phone cases, wires, plastic wraps, etc.  It provides good haptics (silky hand feel), stain resistance, oil/chemical resistance, no blooming, skin-friendly, and no need for secondary treatment.
