This low VOC UV coating series has developed 4 new products: waterborne UV-curable resin, gloss low VOC waterborne UV-curable resin and coating, matte low VOC waterborne UV-curable resin and coating, waterborne PVD resin and coating. Four distinct sets of process methods were established, as well as the process's parameters. Four invention patent applications have been filed.

Two major technical issues were resolved during the R&D process:

1. Solved technical difficulties associated with emulsifier resin synthesis.

2. Solved technical difficulties of the formulation and synthesis of various specifications of waterborne coatings.
