PROSPERSE 800 hydroxyl acrylic is designed for waterborne two components polyurethane applications. It can be formulated into topcoat, providing the coating system with good gloss and appearance, excellent balance of hardness and flexibility, good water resistance, salt spray resistance and chemical resistance. Its optimized composition provides good compatibility for both none-modified isocyanate and hydrophilic modified isocyanate. With proper formulation, it exhibits good bubble free film thickness. PROSPERSE 800 has low odor and VOC. Its tailored designed polymer backbone also provides outstanding durability with gloss retention and color fading resistance.
