PRIMAL™ self matt clear topcoat is a newly launched high performance acrylic binder from Dow chemical. This binder can realize very low gloss without additional matting agent, while keeping the good transparency and uniform appearance. Based on clear coating technology, a series of products for interior and exterior application have been developed. 

 

For exterior self matt clear coating, it can improve the application efficiency. Besides, this innovative product show excellent water whitening resistance and low water penetration to the substrate.
