BELSIL^® REG 1103 B is a new water compatible resin elastomer gel developed for consumer care by Wacker. The innovative incorporation of silicone resin into silicone elastomer gel increases the film-forming, water-resistance, and color-resistance ability of silicone elastomer gel product. Natural-origin poly-glucoside allows the gel to take up water, polyols, and plays the role of a co-emulsifier.
