Desmodur E 2863 XP is the new generation of solvent free aliphatic prepolymer based on hexamethylene-1,6-diisocyanate.

It can be used in combination with suitable polyols and / or aliphatic amines to formulate light-stable 2K solvent free or high solid PU coatings with excellent flexible properties.

Comparing to traditional flexible aliphatic prepolymers, Desmodur E 2863 XP has much lower viscosity and better flexibility, thus, it is achievable to solvent free and high solid content 2K PU coatings.
