Max line is a multi-functional packaging line not only for cosmetics, but also for chemical, not today, but also future. It can include bottle cleaner, filling, capping, pressing and any new modules. Each station is compact and flexible, convenient to change production.

The whole line is equipped with puck, suitable for different bottle shapes, and the automatic puck-out device reduces labor cost.

Both the filling and capping parts are controlled by servo motors. It can fill various liquids, such as toner, lotion and cream etc. in cosmetics, and highly-foamy liquid. The capping torque can be adjusted via touch screen.
