ECOCOOL 3000 E is a mineral oil based emulsion. It has been specifically designed for machining aluminum alloys, especially suitable for electronic industry. It forms a stable milky emulsion. It’s outstanding lubricity can prolong tool life and improve surface finish. The special EP additives used in the product can improve cutting parameters, therefore, improve productivity. ECOCOOL 3000 E is especially suitable for medium to heavy duty machining of different kind of alum alloys, including drilling, tapping and reaming. It’s free of chlorine, phenol, nitrite and silicon defoamer, conform to RoHS requirements.
