Carfil®9235 has the same appearance and smell like water, containing no NEP or other solvent. It can form a transparent and flexible film with very high gloss. It is a safe and environment-friendly waterborne binder for personal care application like eyeliner, mascara, nail polish, sun scream and lip gloss.
