Bio-based high-performance ink driers are suitable for offset printing inks and can promote the polymerization reaction of dry vegetable oil molecules, accelerating the drying speed of the coating film.

We have developed multiple bio-based high-performance ink drier productssuch as LC-7GS, LC-8GS, NC-7GS, etc. These products use bio-based green and environmentally friendly solvents, which can meet the latest limit requirements of the European Union for mineral oil solvents.

In order to overcome the problem of slow evaporation of bio based solvents and the impact on film drying speed, organic modification technology was used to synthesize bio-based ink drier, which improved metal activity and had the same drying performance as mineral oil ink drier.

LC-7GS and LC-8GS are drier for the isooctanoic acid metal salt system, while NC-7GS is a drier for the new decanoic acid metal salt system. It not only meets the limit requirements for mineral oil, but also does not contain free isooctanoic acid, which can meet future requirements for the limit of free isooctanoic acid.
