Bayhydur® 401-60 PGDA is a hydrophilically modified aliphatic polyisocyanate based on isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI). 60 % in propylene glycol diacetate (PGDA), flash point is approx. 84℃, is not dangerous goods.

In 2K waterborne polyurethane coatings, it usually combines with HDI (six methylene diisocyanate) crosslinker, it can significantly prolong pot life (especially at high temperature), widen the application window, improve blisters free film thickness, speed up the efficiency (faster drying speed and better sandy ability of 2K waterborne polyurethane primer surfacer) and also meet strict environmental regulations.
