The module’s output power is 600W, the numerical aperture is NA0.175 (95% energy), and the electro-optical conversion efficiency reaches 50% (54% in the fiber) , The product improves the power and brightness on the basis of the previous 200μm products, which is beneficial to reduce the unit cost of the module and meet the market demand.
